An appraiser is an unbiased, written estimate of value of an adequately identified property,
as of a specific date, that is supported by relevant data.

The appraisal work that we undertake is always conducted in a very timely and professional manner. All reports are completed to the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP, The Standards) as required by The Appraisal Institute of Canada.

An appraisal report may be produced in either a form or narrative format.

FORM REPORT

This is a pre-formatted, computerized form that enables the appraiser to summarize or state the information in a more concise presentation. A form report can be prepared on residential properties containing up to 4 units and on most rural properties.
NARRATIVE REPORT

This is a longer, more descriptive report, produced in book form, which enables the appraiser to provide a comprehensive level of detail in the presentation of the required information. This format is used for raw land, insurance and commercial appraisals to name a few.  There are also different levels of narrative reports.

All appraisal reports contain the following information:
Businesses
Farmers and ranchers
Financial Institutions
Insurance agents
Investors
